The Bridal Brunch will be on Friday, July 18th, at the charming Post House Inn, a darling little spot surrounded by beautiful historic houses in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Following this Brunch to honor our Bride and her Bridesmaids, hosted by the brides mother and grandmother, the Bridesmaids will have the pleasure of experiencing a wine making class in historic downtown Charleston at the Grand Bohemian Hotel - a favorite brand of the Brogan Family.

Mary Caroline and her girls will enjoy some time gathered around a table creating the perfect blend to pour and sip! Wear some flats as the old market is just around the corner within walking distance. You just might want to purchase and take home a beautiful sweetgrass basket - a beloved piece of art from the Lowcountry.

Mary Caroline and her sister have chosen the most beautiful bridesmaids dress that is a stunning cameo color with a bow attached to one shoulder. The dress will look perfect on every girl and can be purchased from Bella Bridesmaids. Dee Dee is ordering a sample dress to make sure the color is exactly what Mary Caroline wants. We will all order dresses in January 2025, once a final decision has been made. So, standby for the FINAL WORD, just in case MC changes her mind on the color!!!

In January, you can drop by your local Bella Bridesmaid Boutique and be measured for your dress.

Further details and instructions about alterations will be posted for your reference, so that all dresses are altered similarly. Let us know if you have any questions.

All dresses must be ordered by February 1st.

Immediately following the Wedding Reception, the Bridal Party will follow the Bride and Groom in darling little vintage buses to King Street's American Theater, where we will kick off the after party with Espresso Martinis and late night snacks as we dance the night away with our DJ.

For this after party, Mary Caroline will change into a fabulous mini bridal dress. To top it off, we kindly request that the bridesmaids join in the fun and select an all black mini party dress of their choice that feels festive (sequins, fringe, or anything short, formal and flirty - just about anything goes) to also change into to continue the celebration with dancing and partying with the bride, her new hubby, and all our wedding guests.

Details of changing from the elegant cameo - colored dress into the all black fabulous party dress will be given closer to the wedding day!

Each bridesmaid (and groomsmen) will enjoy a Wedding Party Breakfast in the River House at Lowndes Grove early Sunday morning - Wedding Day! Following, the bridesmaids will gather in the upstairs portion of the Lowndes Grove Plantation House where all will be pampered and taken care of with drinks, snacks, fun, fellowship, and a full beauty team for hair and makeup services. They will make sure that we are well put together. Enjoy the pampering!!
